Highly the opposite, actually. After a week of snippets, lyrics and teasers “No Love (Remix)” was released July 23rd and fans are definitely showing r and b’s self-proclaimed “real nigga” and Young Money’s number 1 lady some love. The potential hit made its complete debut just in time for the NOLA native to kick off his “Testimony Live” tour on August 14.

Quite befitting for his fans to love this remix as well. The 21 year old has proven that collaborations are something he definitely has a handle on, with the mega hit “I Luv This Sh*t” with Atlanta native Trinidad James, the remix for which featured r and b crooners Trey Songz and Chris Brown. This looks to be the next addition to the singer list of success, which includes four B.E.T Award nomination, two of which he took home, performing on the awards show and gracing the covers of Vibe and XXL.

Maybe not the love song some were hoping for from Alsina, but it’ll do. Vocally it’s everything to be expected from August, but Nicki Minaj steals the show with a combination of melody and flow that she has become known for.
