After accusing his label of trying to sabotage his career, on what was supposed to be the release date of his sixth studio album, Chris Brown released a mixtape entitled Before the Party. Composed of an impressive 34 tracks the mixtape is everything one would expect from the superstar.

Touching on a variety of topics, including his very public break up with Karrueche Tran, the project also features another of his ex’s: Rihanna. Fetty Wap, French Montana and Wale are among others who make appearances on the tape.

With less than a month until the release of his highly anticipated album Royalty, it could be assumed that the mixtape is a compilation of songs that simply didn’t make the album. Never-the-less, it is definitely worth a listen.

In addition to dropping a mixtape with no warning, the heart throb also took to social media to announce that for every purchase of his new album $1 would go to the Children’s Miracle Network.
