Sunny Woodz has Roots

Fresh off tour with Lupe Fiasco and The Boy Illinois, Sunny Woodz took some time out of his busy schedule to release the visuals for the most recent single from his Sunny Side Up EP, “Roots”. Produced by Mulatto Beats and featuring Qari and CHURCHDONTSTOP, “Roots,” in typical Sunny Woodz fashion inspires weed-smoking and Lake Shore Drive riding. The dj, production engineer and right Twix factory worker has perfected a neo-hippy sound that is sure to make him a living legend.

Strategically set in a heavily wooded area, the video was filmed by APJ Films. Simple, but effective and just shy of two and a half minutes long, the video accentuates the song well. The entire effort is a clear reminder of why Sunny Woodz is quickly becoming “Clout God” in and out of Chicago.
