According to the GM Clan representative “Duality” is the introduction to his upcoming project and in typical C-Zar fashion is a combination of book and street smarts.

Now residing in Washington, according to C-Zar’s latest release the only thing that changed was his address. Still perfecting his craft and representing his clan, much is too be expected from the Kankakee native.
