Rapcrush and Chella H are Body Goals

The world has a way of putting pressure on women to have the perfect bodies. For women who think what God gave them is enough, Rapcrush gave them “Body Goals”.

Rapcrush teamed up with Chella H to let women know natural bodies can be goals too. “Body Goals” is all about empowering women and loving yourself. Self love is a hell of a drug and those who have it are obvious, but one can never have too many reminders.

“Body Goals” is proof that two Chicago rappers are better than one and women do work well together. While Rapcrush and Chella H are both making waves for their lyrical abilities, both are indeed body goals in their own rights.

For every woman with great genes or the discipline to hold the body they want somewhere between the kitchen and gym, “Body Goals” is for you.

BADBOY VT is Not Innocent

Chicago native BADBOY VT started rapping to escape the ills of his own life. That escape has transformed into journey that BADBOY VT takes his fans on to share his life experiences. The latest stop on that journey is entitled “Not Innocent.”

Plenty of rappers tell tall tales of street life, but VT wants his fans to know everything he raps about he has actually experienced and “Not Innocent” is no different. “Not Innocent” contains some incriminating admissions, but that’s what makes it real.

BADBOY VT describes himself as “raw from the streets” and “Not Innocent” is evidence of that claim. The song was produced by Magic Lgo and is now available on a streaming platforms.

Nina B Throws It Back

The future is female, just ask D1CMG. The music powerhouse acknowledges that girls run the world and introduce their very first female emcee Nina B.

Known as “The Pretty Spitta,” Nina B is making quite the name for herself on the hip hop scene. Her rambunctious personality is apparent in her lyrics and her debut single “Throw It Back” is evidence.

“Throw It Back” is fun and flirty. With all the makings of a twerk anthem, Nina B’s flow makes the song a hit. The uptempo track is the perfect for Nina B and the visual is the icing on the cake.

Filmed by Ryder Visuals, “Throw It Back” opens as a yoga class. The class quickly goes rogue and what should have been a calming experience is exchanged for something that resembles a night at the strip club.

In an era where femcees are getting their due credit, Nina B as the potential to find herself receiving all of her roses. “Throw It Back” is now available on all platforms.

Don of CashOverClout’s Here This Is For You

One thing Don of CashOverClout is never in short supply of is creativity. From his music to fashion choices the Chicago lyricist keep fans one their toes and is latest display, “Here This Is For You” is a no different.

It takes a true wordsmith to intertwine subject matters the way Don did on “Here This Is For You” and frankly, it’s impressive. The song opens with what sounds like a dark, yet relatable admission of loneliness. That’s followed by a combination of typical rap scenarios and valid life lessons.

“Here This Is For You” is yet another CashOverClout/SmartMouf collaboration. Don of CashOverClout’s latest gift to his fans was produced by Ace da Vinci and mixed at Glass Tree Creative.

G. Mitch – Can I

After some time away G. Mitch is back. In theory, G. Mitch’s return could have been accomplished a million and one ways, but in reality “Can I (Freestyle)” was the only way.

By now most r’n’b fans have grown familiar with Kehlani and Tory Lanez’ “Can I”. But now that G. Mitch has gotten a hold of it r’n’b fans are going to need to take another listen.

G. Mitch shortened the song by more than a minute, but time was all he took away from it. “Can I (Freestyle)” is nearly two minutes of racy lyrics, that will set the mood if nothing else. The sexy lyrics paired with G.Mitch’s smooth vocals are a match made for the bedroom.

Mogul Gets Respect

In life it is not uncommon to see people take alternate routes to their goals. D1CMG’s Mogul is no different. The artist turned CEO returned to his creative roots with the release of Still Humble. While Still Humble in its entirety is a vibe, “Respect” sets the tone.

For any creative work the introduction is imperative. “Respect” is evidence that Mogul understands that whole heartedly. The first of seven tracks on Still Humble, “Respect” is Mogul’s state of the union, if you will. In just under three minutes, in no uncertain terms, Mogul reminds anyone and everyone that he is not to be played with.

As his moniker suggests, Mogul is normally all successful business. “Respect” gives most a peak into who Mogul as a man and what’s important to him. Though, short in comparison to his list of accomplishments, “Respect” provides a bit of insight into what’s going on in Mogul’s life.

The vulnerability of “Respect” allows fans to see Mogul in a light that they may have never previously seen. The emphasis on family, personal responsibility, and business is evident.

Still Humble is available on all streaming platforms.

Chloé’s Mad Dog

Few things in life are more upsetting than being sexually frustrated. Chloé so eloquently conveys that sentiment with her latest single “Mad Dog.”

For whatever reason women being openly sexual creatures has been taboo. Even in such a modern society, where there is way more access to sex than there probably should be it’s still raises eyebrows for women to discuss or practice their sexuality freely. Chloé casted caution to the wind and spent more than three minutes ignoring society’s qualms with women discussing sexual topics to deliver “Mad Dog” and it’s worth it.

“Mad Dog” is an ironic combination of perfect vocals, amazing production , and sexually explicit lyrics. The Traydacreator produced track is nothing like anyone would expect. The acoustic introduction prepares listeners for heartfelt lyrics and while women around the world definitely felt the lyrics, it was not in their hearts. Chloé came through to let men know sexual frustration will drive a woman to drink.

“Mad Dog” derives it’s name from a popular fortified wine. The wine is widely known as “Mad Dog 20/20,” however its rightful name is Mogen David.
