Relationships aren’t always rainbows and butterflies, just ask China-Marie. The Oakland based songstress relates to fan who aren’t have the best relationship days with her latest release “Recognize.”

Track five from the Made in China EP, “Recognize” gives fans a look at China-Marie in a different light. The blonde bombshell traded in her girl power lyrics to give her fans the story of a love going sideways.

Her camp calls it “her most intimate video yet” and that it is. China-Marie shares some on screen cuddles and kisses in “Recognize” while opening up about how things don’t always go right.

As the time grows near for China-Marie to debut her upcoming EP, the songstress continues to remind the world to get in tune. The release of her latest single “What?” Is certainly inline with her mission.

Only weeks away from the premier of the highly anticipated Made In China EP and what does China-Marie do? Drop a banger. “What?” sounds a whole lot like a girl anthem and who doesn’t love empowering girls? Strong lyrics and cute video make “What?” everything fans could want. Though singing the words out loud would make any woman feel good, the leggy blonde singer dons white daisy in the video proving she hasn’t forgotten about her male fans.

Made In China is slated for a mid-February release, in the meantime check out “What?.”

Some colloquialisms are regional, however the rhetorical question “What is you doin?” is universal. Grammatically incorrect and 100% accurate at conveying outrage is this the perfect title for China-Marie’s latest single.

Still riding a high from the June release of her debut album Potpourri, the blonde bombshell is gearing up for the release of her next project in early 2018. “What Is You Doin?” is the first single from China-Marie’s upcoming Made In China EP and the songstress is using this release to establish herself as a boss. “What Is You Doin?” has a theme that has been heard before falling somewhere between Jennifer Lopez’s “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” and Beyoncé’s “Diva”. China-Marie lets her potential bae know his is unimpressive, she has her own.

The visual features hip hop royalty and Oakland native Too Short, who also serves as China-Marie’s mentor.

As she gears up for the release of her debut album Potpourri, China-Marie premiered the visual for her song “Feelin’.”

The Portland, Oregon native moved to LA, to chase her dream. Homeless, however still hard working, the songstress found a job at LarraBee Studios and started turning her passion into a paycheck.

Now working with hip hop legend Too Short, the blond bombshell’s goal is to make real life, relatable music. Her bass-heavy single “Feelin'” is evident of just that.
