Chloé’s Mad Dog

Few things in life are more upsetting than being sexually frustrated. Chloé so eloquently conveys that sentiment with her latest single “Mad Dog.”

For whatever reason women being openly sexual creatures has been taboo. Even in such a modern society, where there is way more access to sex than there probably should be it’s still raises eyebrows for women to discuss or practice their sexuality freely. Chloé casted caution to the wind and spent more than three minutes ignoring society’s qualms with women discussing sexual topics to deliver “Mad Dog” and it’s worth it.

“Mad Dog” is an ironic combination of perfect vocals, amazing production , and sexually explicit lyrics. The Traydacreator produced track is nothing like anyone would expect. The acoustic introduction prepares listeners for heartfelt lyrics and while women around the world definitely felt the lyrics, it was not in their hearts. Chloé came through to let men know sexual frustration will drive a woman to drink.

“Mad Dog” derives it’s name from a popular fortified wine. The wine is widely known as “Mad Dog 20/20,” however its rightful name is Mogen David.

Chloé – Don’t Fix

Some people always seem to have the best advice for situations that are none of their concern. Chloé teamed up with Joel Q to put those people in their place for her latest release “Don’t Fix.”

Chicago based singer and songwriter, Chloé takes aim at that one person always keeping tabs on a relationship that isn’t their own with “Don’t Fix.” The lyrics reiterate that what may not work for some works for others and it’s no one’s place to judge, no matter how quirky the relationship seems.

Paired perfectly with Joel Q, even more shots are fired at the lonely nosey souls always soliciting their opinions where they’re unwanted. The rapper specifically calls out the single, gold digger struggling to find a relationship of her own and pretending to be satisfied with her situation.

The visual is perfect for the spring time that Chicago is struggling to see. Colorful and creative, filmed in grassy areas “Don’t Fix” is somewhat reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland. Whimsical and fun, Don’t Fix features parasols, bubbles and a kimono clad Chloé singing in a row boat in the grass.

Sunny Woodz’s No CellPhone Party

After attending a number of parties where his cell phone could not attend, Sunny Woodz created a soundtrack for that very occasion. Today, Sunny Wood debuted his new mixtape No CellPhone Party.

In typical Sunny Woodz fashion No CellPhone Party is a vibe. The features resembles a list of who’s who in Chicago’s music scene and rightfully so. The name Sunny Woodz has grown synonymous with hard work and good music, so it’s only fair that he works with the best. Twista, Chimeka, Illi, and Supa Bwe are among the features, but that’s truly the tip of the iceberg.

The 13 track mixtape is a creative combination of turn up songs like “Ready” with Bandland Zz and smooth songs to ride to like “Time” with Chloé. No CellPhone Party is versatile and undoubtedly has something for rappers, trappers and the pretty girls they attract.

For anyone who attended the No CellPhone Party party, there are still many surprises to be heard as Sunny Woodz refuses to be finished with a project until it is released.

Chloé’s Unsubtle Thoughts

As her Day 28 campaign continues to gain momentum, Chloé delivers a lighthearted, yet suggestive third single bearing reference to a few of everyone’s favorite childhood stories.

Much like the thoughts Chloé describes, fans’ excitement over her pairing with tattoo artist and rapper Phor is unsubtle . Chloé has proven that her artistry alone is enough to send fans into a childlike frenzy, teaming up with the Vh1 famed lyricist and urban artist may just be more than fans bargained for. Phor gets in a on the fun making lyrical reference to Peter Pan on “Unsubtle Thoughts.”

Chloé Takes Off On AirPlane Mode

It’s hard to believe that 28 days ago, Chloé kicked off her Day 28 campaign. Just has she promised, today she debuted the second song from her upcoming Day 28 EP, “AirPlane Mode.”

The singer/songwriter spends a little more than two minutes reminding her lover she no desire to hear from them. Though, not the lightest of topics, “AirPlane Mode” is fun and almost flirtatious. A feeling all too familiar to anyone who has ever been offended by a lover, “AirPlane Mode” is sure to resonate with Chloé’s fans. The singer proclaims she unforgiving and has no desire to be called, seen, paged or receive Morris Code.
