Sunny Woodz – Come to Me

Late night rides on Lake Shore Drive, anyone? Every Chicagoan knows the necessity of those late night rides and the Windy City’s clout God just delivered the perfect soundtrack for them: “Come To Me.”

Three minutes and fortyfive seconds of Adam Ness’s vocals of a ZenZan beat proves yet again that nobody has an ear for music quite like Sunny Woodz. A tale of weed smoke, sex and loyalty, “Come To Me” is certainly something for the ladies.

Sunny Woodz took to Twitter today announcing the single’s debut. He tweeted:

Got sum smooth shit with @iamadamness & @zenzanbeats I wanna drop today”

The tweet also included the graphics for the single and it took no time for Adam Ness to co-sign.

Sunny Woodz – Underdog

It’s pretty safe to say no one has an ear for music quite like Sunny Woodz. The kid from Harvey is now the man in Chicago and his latest release, “Underdog”,” is evident of that.

Produced by ZenZan, who has laid the groundwork for a number of Sunny Woodz’s songs, “Underdog” opens with a collective of brass and woodwind instruments and it sounds like triump. UG Wavy contributed the hook. The lyricist and producer lends a level a positivity to the song that translates to motivation. Joseph Chilliams added wordplay and punchlines that continuously remind listeners not only is the rapper a lyrical force to be reckoned with, but he’s so Chicago. Femdot comes in as the perfect closer. The rapper recently turned actor, but let everyone know where his roots are with the solid verse.

In preparation for the release of his highly anticipated project Sunny Side Up 2, Sunny Woodz created a three headed monster. If they weren’t before, after hearing this song everyone will be cheering for the “Underdog”.
