Filmed by I.Q. Studios in his native city of Chicago, Shye released the visual for “Silver Spoon Kids.” Though the rapper now calls L.A. home, undeniable images of the Windy City’s skyline and children playing pair perfectly with lyrics about how he grew up there. A far cry from the music the city is known for and undoubtedly a breath of fresh air. Shye casts a positive light on the city while proclaiming to his mother that she no longer needs to work.
