A bit later than originally anticipated, Audrey Valentine’s second EP, Forbidden Fruit has finally arrived.
Forbidden Fruit is a stellar display of all the talent fans have grown to expect from the singer/songwriter and then some. The eight track effort has something for everyone and Valentine’s voice leaves nothing to be desired.
Unsurprisingly, Forbidden Fruit puts Valentine’s talent in the spotlight where it undoubtedly belongs. What may come as a is her decision to share that spotlight with some of Chicago’s other shining stars. A duet with Chantelle Tru, a dancehall inspired track with The Boy Illinois and the “Rider” remix with Joel Q are among Forbidden Fruit’s features. Z-Money lends his talents to the EP’s title track and fans will not be disappointed.
